Step by Step Method

Step 1

Slice the slabs into 4 pieces and slice half way down every rib; this just makes it easier to pull them apart when eating them.

Step 2

In a large plastic bag, mix the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Add the ribs and swish together to make sure they are well coated.

Step 4

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 6

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Step 7

Remove ribs from bag and place on baking sheet; reserve the marinade.

Step 8

Bake for about 30 minutes, until browned.

Step 9

Remove from oven and brush with the marinade.

Step 10

Place on hot grill and grill until cooked through.

These ribs are very good! They turned out tender and tasty. Served them up with fritters, beet greens and Mac and Cheese. Made an excellent meal!

Yum! Delicious ribs with lots of flavors going on. I loved the steak spice. It really added lots of flavor to the ribs. I didn't grill them and just cooked them longer in the oven, and they really hit the spot!  Thanks so much for posting it for us Bea!  Linda
