  • 2 slabs baby back ribs
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons montreal steak spice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice the slabs into 4 pieces and slice half way down every rib; this just makes it easier to pull them apart when eating them.

  • Step 2: In a large plastic bag, mix the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 3: Add the ribs and swish together to make sure they are well coated.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Step 5: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 6: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  • Step 7: Remove ribs from bag and place on baking sheet; reserve the marinade.

  • Step 8: Bake for about 30 minutes, until browned.

  • Step 9: Remove from oven and brush with the marinade.

  • Step 10: Place on hot grill and grill until cooked through.
