"This is a 5 minute condiment that is fantastic spread on grilled bread. A mix of black and green olives stuffed with pimentos, garlic and unsalted butter. After mixing, I prefer to chill it a bit before using; but it isn't necessary. Simply spread on your favorite bread; individual slices or an entire baguette. If you have leftovers ... top a grilled chicken breast, baked fish fillet, or scallops. Delicious and easy!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Butter ... Mix everything together and chill until ready to use. It is best mixed a bit ahead of time; but not necessary.
Step 2
Baguette ... Toast your favorite baguette (whole or sliced); I toasted mine on the grill, but they can also be toasted under the broiler. If toasting slices, make sure they are toasted on both sides. Then, spread on the butter and back under the broiler or on the grill until lightly melted and golden brown. Just a few seconds is all it takes. ENJOY!
