Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 baguette, cut in half or slices
  • Butter:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup mixed olives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Pinch pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter ... Mix everything together and chill until ready to use. It is best mixed a bit ahead of time; but not necessary.

  • Step 2: Baguette ... Toast your favorite baguette (whole or sliced); I toasted mine on the grill, but they can also be toasted under the broiler. If toasting slices, make sure they are toasted on both sides. Then, spread on the butter and back under the broiler or on the grill until lightly melted and golden brown. Just a few seconds is all it takes. ENJOY!
