"This is such a neat appetizer - you can make the full recipe for the filling and freeze it in smaller portions. I have used mini tart shells in the recipe but In the photos you will see Siljans . you may also use wonton wraps . If you use wonton wraps lightly spray them on both sides with oil, press them into a small tart pan with the points upwards, bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes, cool and fill with warm mixture (they will make 48 pieces). If you use the Siljan cups just fill with warm mixture (the recipe will make 48) and serve. These appetizers in whatever shell are served warm. The recipe is not "Hot" spicy until you add the bit of sauce on top - it is up to you if you want them plain or spicy The 21 minutes cook time does not allow the time for baking your potatoe or baking your tart shells In the photos I used Siljan cups and added a 1/2 teaspoon of Mango Habanero jelly to each. They were delicious"
