"You can also bake these in regular size muffin tins and increase the baking time slightly. For mini muffins use only the mini chocolate chips or there will be more chocolate chips than batter!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease mini muffin pans.
Step 3
In a medium bowl sift the flour with next 9 dry ingredients.
Step 4
In another bowl whisk the eggs with vanilla and melted butter until well blended; mix in the pumpkin puree until combined.
Step 5
Mix in the dry ingredients until blended.
Step 6
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Step 7
Pour batter into muffin tins filling about 3/4 full.
Step 8
Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until muffins test done.
