Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix in big glass bowl, the peanuts, sugar and corn syrup using wooden spoon. Microwave 4 minutes, remove and stir, then microwave 4 more minutes.
Step 2
Add butter and vanilla; stir then microwave 1 more minute.
Step 3
Add baking soda (it will foam up) stir gradually.
Step 4
Pour onto greased buttered cookie sheet.
Step 5
When cooled break into pieces.
