"Last night I was really craving something rich and indulgent.
I decided on waffles, berries and ice-cream, but I needed something to top it.
I found this quick and easy chocolate sauce recipe from taste, and made it.
So quick, easy and soooo delicious!"
Place chocolate and cream in a microwave safe jug. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) power for 2 to 3 minutes, removing and stirring every minute with a metal spoon or until smooth. Stir in Kahlua, if using.
Serve with ice-cream.
Sauce will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge. Just re-heat in microwave to soften if needed.
