Step 1: Place chocolate and cream in a microwave safe jug. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) power for 2 to 3 minutes, removing and stirring every minute with a metal spoon or until smooth. Stir in Kahlua, if using.
Step 2: Serve with ice-cream.
Step 3: Sauce will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge. Just re-heat in microwave to soften if needed.
