Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In bowl, combine melted butter, minced onion, jalapeno ,sour cream and the Salsa Con Queso.
Step 3
Stir until well blended.
Step 4
Stir in hash brown potatoes until mixture is blended.
Step 5
Place mixture into a glass oven proof Pam sprayed 13x9-inch rectangular pan.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour.
Step 7
Prior to taking out of oven, melt shredded Mexican cheese over the potato dish the last 10 minutes.
