Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 15 ounces salsa con queso (1 jar)
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno slices
  • 8 ounces sour cream with chives (1 container)
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed (1 bag)

  • 16 ounces Mexican cheese, shredded (2 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In bowl, combine melted butter, minced onion, jalapeno ,sour cream and the Salsa Con Queso.

  • Step 3: Stir until well blended.

  • Step 4: Stir in hash brown potatoes until mixture is blended.

  • Step 5: Place mixture into a glass oven proof Pam sprayed 13x9-inch rectangular pan.

  • Step 6: Bake for 1 hour.

  • Step 7: Prior to taking out of oven, melt shredded Mexican cheese over the potato dish the last 10 minutes.
