Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In bowl, combine melted butter, minced onion, jalapeno ,sour cream and the Salsa Con Queso.
Step 3: Stir until well blended.
Step 4: Stir in hash brown potatoes until mixture is blended.
Step 5: Place mixture into a glass oven proof Pam sprayed 13x9-inch rectangular pan.
Step 6: Bake for 1 hour.
Step 7: Prior to taking out of oven, melt shredded Mexican cheese over the potato dish the last 10 minutes.
