Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease a 10 inch pie dish.
Step 3
In a skillet ove medium heat cook beef and onion together, stirring occasionally until beef is browned; draining off excess fat. Stir in seasoning mix and spread mixture in pie dish; sprinkle chiles and cheese over the beef mixture.
Step 4
In a blender or electric mixer combine remaining ingredients (milk - pepper sauce) and beat until smooth. Pour mixture over mixture in pie dish.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Step 6
Garnish if desired with additional red or green chiles or shredded cheese.
