Step 1

Cook pasta to al dente

Meanwhile

Cook ground beef with peppers and onions

Drain if you need to

Add tomato paste ,seasonings and cook a minute

Rinse out tomato paste with a little water

Add canned items and corn

Fold in pasta and pour into pam sprayed casserole

Mix 1/2 the cheese

Bake 350 for 20 minutes covered

Step 11

Uncover add rest of cheese bake 20 more minutes

Daily Inspiration

Nice recipe -- loved the ingredients. My only suggestion is to either reduce the amount of pasta or add additional sauce as this casserole was a little on the dry side. It made a very nice and tasty lunch today.
