Yummy! Great flavor and texture going on here! I used Mexican-style hominy because it was already in the pantry, but next time will use the regular American-style, which is softer and creamier. I used the full 1/4 teaspoon cumin and it was perfect for our taste! This is a tasty side and I'll surely be making it again. This would be a great potluck or picnic dish, too! Thanks for sharing!
