Step 1
Saute onions and bell peppers in olive oil

Until tender

Add garlic

Add tomatoes red pepper flakes and spaghetti sauce

Cook on simmer 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water to Al dente drain saving 1/2 cup pasta water

Add barbecue sauce to spaghetti sauce

Simmer until spaghetti is done

Add drained spaghetti to sauce to finish cooking
Step 10
Add pork to sauce cook 10 minutes tossing to incorporate ingredients if to thick add some of the pasta water
