Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (16 ounces) uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) italian tomatoes da
  • 9 ounces barbecue sauce
  • 12 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound smoked pulled pork

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions and bell peppers in olive oil

  • Step 2: Until tender

  • Step 3: Add garlic

  • Step 4: Add tomatoes red pepper flakes and spaghetti sauce

  • Step 5: Cook on simmer 30 minutes

  • Step 6: Cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water to Al dente drain saving 1/2 cup pasta water

  • Step 7: Add barbecue sauce to spaghetti sauce

  • Step 8: Simmer until spaghetti is done

  • Step 9: Add drained spaghetti to sauce to finish cooking

  • Step 10: Add pork to sauce cook 10 minutes tossing to incorporate ingredients if to thick add some of the pasta water
