Comfort food alert! This was easy to prepare and checked all the marks for comfort food for me. The rice flavor was my favorite. It was delicious and creamy. The meatballs were a tad bit overcooked and over-seasoned, so I would probably add the meatballs once the rice has cooked for about 15 minutes and use a little bit less of each spice. Thank you for satisfying me need for comfort food!
