Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 ounces)condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 7 ounces raw white rice,(1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl stir together ground beef, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, pepper,celery salt and garlic powder.

  • Step 4: In another bowl

  • Step 5: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.

  • Step 6: Add rice to pan Pour the soup mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  • Step 7: Add onions

  • Step 8: Using a tablespoon, evenly measure meatballs and drop into the rice mixture. Arrange in straight lines to be sure they all fit.

  • Step 9: Season to taste

  • Step 10: Cover pan with foil, and bake for 40 minutes.

  • Step 11: Remove foil, and bake an additional 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
