Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl stir together ground beef, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, pepper,celery salt and garlic powder.
Step 4: In another bowl
Step 5: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
Step 6: Add rice to pan Pour the soup mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 7: Add onions
Step 8: Using a tablespoon, evenly measure meatballs and drop into the rice mixture. Arrange in straight lines to be sure they all fit.
Step 9: Season to taste
Step 10: Cover pan with foil, and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 11: Remove foil, and bake an additional 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
