Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain saving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, saute veggies in melted butter in large stock pot until softened
Step 3
Add ground beef and break apart.
Step 4
Add tomato soup and spaghetti sauce rinsing out can with pasta water and add to meat.
Step 5
Add pasta and simmer until tight. They had put it in a large casserole and baked 30 minutes at 350F, but I'm not, just finishing up on stovetop.
Step 6
Season to taste.
Step 7
Sprinkle on parmesan cheese when serving.
