Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain saving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Step 2: Meanwhile, saute veggies in melted butter in large stock pot until softened
Step 3: Add ground beef and break apart.
Step 4: Add tomato soup and spaghetti sauce rinsing out can with pasta water and add to meat.
Step 5: Add pasta and simmer until tight. They had put it in a large casserole and baked 30 minutes at 350F, but I'm not, just finishing up on stovetop.
Step 6: Season to taste.
Step 7: Sprinkle on parmesan cheese when serving.
