Step by Step Method
Step 1
Oil and Pam spray the waffle maker and heat it up.
Step 2
In bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Sift (whisk) the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk, oil, and vanilla and stir slightly.
Step 5
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 6
Fold in egg whites.
Step 7
Cook in waffle iron on medium-high heat for around 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
