"This is my husband's favourite way to enjoy ribs, he even enjoys the leftovers cold the next day. These are sweet, gingery and garlicky. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free bouillon granules."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk together all the ingredients except for the ribs and set aside.

Step 2

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and slice the ribs into individual strips.

Step 3

Place the ribs in a roasting pan; pour the ginger ale and maple mixture over the ribs and cover.

Step 4

Place in a pre-heated 375-degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 1 hour, remove cover and bake for an additional 1 hour.

These are so good! As my ribs were in the sale bin, I did let them sit in the sauce for about an hour before cooking and they were very tender and just plain delicious! Thanks for sharing!
