Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds pork back ribs (baby back ribs)
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup bouillon granules
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together all the ingredients except for the ribs and set aside.

  • Step 2: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and slice the ribs into individual strips.

  • Step 3: Place the ribs in a roasting pan; pour the ginger ale and maple mixture over the ribs and cover.

  • Step 4: Place in a pre-heated 375-degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 1 hour, remove cover and bake for an additional 1 hour.
