Step 1: Whisk together all the ingredients except for the ribs and set aside.
Step 2: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and slice the ribs into individual strips.
Step 3: Place the ribs in a roasting pan; pour the ginger ale and maple mixture over the ribs and cover.
Step 4: Place in a pre-heated 375-degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 1 hour, remove cover and bake for an additional 1 hour.
