"A Chef in a restaurant I visit in Naples gave me this recipe. I really enjoyed it with the chicken, but would be good with fish as well or anything really. It produces about 6 cups and is good in the fridge for about 4 weeks. Delicious... Great to even make and give out as gifts. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large sauce pan combine vinegar,sugar,mustard and celery seeds,and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add in all other ingredients and mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes
