"A Chef in a restaurant I visit in Naples gave me this recipe. I really enjoyed it with the chicken, but would be good with fish as well or anything really. It produces about 6 cups and is good in the fridge for about 4 weeks. Delicious... Great to even make and give out as gifts. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large sauce pan combine vinegar,sugar,mustard and celery seeds,and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add in all other ingredients and mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes

Chill well before using

We loved this relish over tempura battered white fish. It added so much flavor to the fish. I can see using this on pork and chicken too. A little spice from the jalapenos but never fear, not too hot. I will try this with other things and see how we like it.
