Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the boiling water with the jello in bowl until mixed

Add the frozen concentrate and 1 can mandarin oranges (saving some for topping)with whatever juice is remaining and stir to combine.

Place in the fridge until set, about 3 hours.
