Absolutely delicious love the smoky ham, and the sharpness of the cheddar and the ooy gooy mozzarella, the sweetness of the tomato, just loved the taste of the mustard and I have a choice of 3 Maille mustards Dijon, Honey Dijon and Wholegrain Dijon and the only change I made was to use 2 eggs which was plenty for me.
