Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 green onions,minced
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 ounce deli ham ,diced
- 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese,shredded
How to Make

Step 1: Heat butter in skillet

Step 2: Add onion

Step 3: In bowl mix egg and mustard. maille is kinda grainy .

Step 4: Pour into pan

Step 5: Sprinkle over ham and cheese when almost set

Step 6: Put the tomato slices on half

Step 7: Flip in half and serve
