Love steak on the grill and this recipe was sure easy to make. I realized at the last minute that I didn't have pineapple juice, but I did have fresh pineapple, so I ran it through the food processor and marinaded as directed. I will be making this again, but will only use pineapple juice because the processed fresh pineapple gave it a thick coating over the steaks (My Fault!). It made for a tasty steak which we all enjoyed and love the ease. Thank you Teresa for sharing. Made it for PickMe Tag.

I used Adolf's Marinade In Minutes Meat Marinade Original packet. I found it in with all the dry packets for pot roasts, steaks etc. The steak was so tender and full of delicious flavors that my whole family happily ate!

Oh so flavorful!!! I made this with a 1 lb flank steak, but still made the whole amount of marinade. I couldn't find Adolf's Instant Marinade, but found a more generic brand of the same type of marinade. The marinade spices had garlic, onion and black pepper which did come through in the taste and then along with the pineapple and ginger, such a great flavor combination!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for "FYC" tag game.
