Tips & Variations

No special items needed.

One of the best burgers we have ever made! I used Trader Joe's refrigerated blue cheese dressing and it went super with all the other ingredients. I subbed Irish cheddar for the cheese, since we really love it, and green Tabasco for the peppers (DH's preference). This recipe was so good it is going straight into my best of 2015 cookbook!

Mafia indeed! Just this side of legal. Great taste, really peppy. Everything comes together to make a wonderful burger. This will be one of my favorites. I used canned jalapenos (had an open tin) and served with a couple of hot banana peppers. Thanks Shadows for a Saturday Burger that is a winner
