"Some recipes have american and jack cheese that's to much for me they also had sauce of mayonnaise and dill mustard ,I'm fine without it on this sandwich . Can use 2 eggs if your hungry I think you could make a bunch and freeze for busy morning just microwave to heat"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Toast bagel

Step 2

Heat butter

Step 3

Add sausage patty to warm

And saute onions and peppers until tender ,they probably used less of these but you do you lol

Beat egg with seasoning to taste and as much tabasco sauce as you like

Take out sausage patty and put on bottom of warm bagel

Pour egg in the pan over onion mixture

Push it into bagel shape if you have egg ring mold yah you

Let set

Put cheese on top

Step 11

Top with bagel and put on sausage
