Step by Step Method

In a large bowl

In baking pan, firmly shape meat mixture into a 7-by-3 1/2 -by-3 1/2-inch loaf.

Cover loosely with foil.

Bake 1 hour (until temperature of 155 degrees is reached on a meat thermometer inserted into center of meatloaf).
Step 9
Remove foil and brown additional 5 minutes.
