Step by Step Method

Step 1

Lay the fish on a baking pan that has been coated with non-stick spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Mix together the remaining ingredients and drizzle over the fish.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated 350 degree fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness of tilapia, until it flakes when poked with a fork.

Step 4

Remove from oven and serve.

I made one serving of this tasty fish...I wish I would have added more of the hot sauce...loved how easy and quick this was to prepare...made for "Cooking On A Dime" tag game...

Wonderful fish cooked to perfection - I used the 25 minutes time and the fish was moist and tasted wonderful. Instead of Frank's sauce I used some Asian chili sauce, but otherwise followed the directions as written. Thanks for sharing!
