Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown ground beef in a large frying pan.

Step 2

Add onions and peppers, if using, and garlic powder. Cook until onions are done.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 4

Add ketchup, and mix in well. Let cook on low for a few minutes, so the ketchup can mix in with all the other flavors.

Step 5

Serve on hamburger or bulkie rolls.

I like the texture of this Sloppy Joe. just right. Not too runny. I used spicy ketchup, served on a Potuguese roll Mmm Loved it. Thanks Linda for a great Saturday night meal.
