Step 1: Brown ground beef in a large frying pan.
Step 2: Add onions and peppers, if using, and garlic powder. Cook until onions are done.
Step 3: Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 4: Add ketchup, and mix in well. Let cook on low for a few minutes, so the ketchup can mix in with all the other flavors.
Step 5: Serve on hamburger or bulkie rolls.
