Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 large yellow onions (cut in 1/2, and sliced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (optional chopped fine)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup ketchup (or more)
  • Hamburger buns (four, or 4 bulkie rolls)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef in a large frying pan.

  • Step 2: Add onions and peppers, if using, and garlic powder. Cook until onions are done.

  • Step 3: Add salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Step 4: Add ketchup, and mix in well. Let cook on low for a few minutes, so the ketchup can mix in with all the other flavors.

  • Step 5: Serve on hamburger or bulkie rolls.
