"Comfort food at it's best. Quick and easy to prepare, even the kids love making and eating this one, because it's so yummy! This recipe will have you going back for a 2nd helping for sure!! The photo that I took is half a recipe in a 9" pie pan, but the full recipe fits nicely in a 9x13 inch pan."

When I think of fall and winter, the first thing that pops in my head is Shepherd's Pie. This one was chuck full of its ingredients and was so darn good! We had huge plates full and still managed to go for that second helping. Simply irresistable!

We loved this "full of comfort" dinner! The corn and beef meld together, along with the onions and spices to make an incredibly flavored casserole! Serve with rolls or a good crusty bread and butter, and enjoy!

Rainy weather makes me want to eat and this is one of my favorites, so I thought I would try it. Who knew basic ingredients like this could shine so bright. Comforting, belly warming and delicious! I love that creamed corn flavor. It makes it so tasty and so dang good! I made biscuits and salad to have with it. What a feast!
