Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place bell pepper and cilantro leaves in work bowl of food processor, or blender. Add all remaining ingredients with the exception of the olive oil. Process until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
Step 2
With food processor or blender running, add olive oil in a thin stream and continue processing for one minuter after all the oil has been added. There should be no oil on the surface.
Step 3
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Whisk before using.
