Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put flower bunches clean in cold water, swish them around then take off the stem,

Cut the lemons into thin slices.
Step 3
Boil the water.
Step 4
Place the flowers, sugar and citric acid in a clean jug.
Step 5
Pour water over the petals. Add lemons and stir gently.
Step 6
Cover with plastic film and let the pot cool for 5 days. Cover with plate to keep everything down.
Step 7
Stir the pot now and then.
Step 8
Sieve juice and mix any blue food coloring in.
Step 9
Pour the juice in clean bottles.
Step 10
Store the bottles in cool place.
