Step 1: Put flower bunches clean in cold water, swish them around then take off the stem,

Step 4: Place the flowers, sugar and citric acid in a clean jug.
Step 5: Pour water over the petals. Add lemons and stir gently.
Step 6: Cover with plastic film and let the pot cool for 5 days. Cover with plate to keep everything down.
Step 7: Stir the pot now and then.
Step 8: Sieve juice and mix any blue food coloring in.
Step 9: Pour the juice in clean bottles.
Step 10: Store the bottles in cool place.
