  • When selecting the shrimp, look for large or jumbo size shrimp that are peeled and deveined.
  • When selecting the lemons, look for ones that are firm and heavy for their size to ensure you get the most juice.

  • Instead of olive oil, use avocado oil. Avocado oil is higher in monounsaturated fatty acids, which can help reduce inflammation and lower cholesterol.
  • Instead of shrimp, use salmon. Salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce inflammation and improve heart health.

Fast, easy and delicious lunch! I had linguine in the pantry and small shrimp in the refrigerator, so I used that. Otherwise followed as instructed. No leftovers! Will definitely make again.

After a long hot day, this dish came together quickly! I used soba noodles and finished it with a grating of Grana Padano. Will see repeats here for sure. Thanks Bea for sharing.

I love lemon on just about anything and even my husband was looking forward to having it when I told him about it. My youngest daughter had 2 helpings, and said it was yummy, so this will be seen on our table again. Five stars and then some for this QueenBea!
