What a great and filling dinner this made with a side of garden salad. I scaled back for one serve but unfortunately had to omit the pickled peppers as I was so sure I had a jar in the pantry but for the life of me could not find but it was still a great dish which I thoroughly enjoyed, made for Pick Me tag game.
