Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook linguine per package directions. Set aside 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
Step 2
In skillet, combine olive oil, garlic and thyme. Cook on medium for 3 minutes, stirring. Add lump crab, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Toss crab mixture with linguine, cooked pasta water and pickled peppers.
Step 3
Serve with lemon wedges.
