The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 8 ounces lump crab
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound dry linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup water (pasta cooking water)
  • 1/3 cup pickled peppers, sliced
  • 1 lemon, wedges for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook linguine per package directions. Set aside 1/4 cup of the pasta water.

  • Step 2: In skillet, combine olive oil, garlic and thyme. Cook on medium for 3 minutes, stirring. Add lump crab, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Toss crab mixture with linguine, cooked pasta water and pickled peppers.

  • Step 3: Serve with lemon wedges.
