Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, beat 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix, ¾ cup sour cream, ½ cup melted butter, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 eggs, and 2 tablespoons finely-grated lemon peel with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally.
Step 4
Pour in the pan, sprinkle raspberries on top, and bake for 26 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool completely.

Heat ½ cup vanilla frosting in the microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds, then drizzle over cake
