Ingredients
- 1 box (15 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 6 ounces sour cream, (¾ cup)
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons lemon peel,finely grated
- 6 ounces raspberries
- 8 ounces white frosting
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Spray a 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3: In large bowl, beat 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix, ¾ cup sour cream, ½ cup melted butter, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 eggs, and 2 tablespoons finely-grated lemon peel with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally.

Step 4: Pour in the pan, sprinkle raspberries on top, and bake for 26 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 5: Cool completely.

Step 6: Heat ½ cup vanilla frosting in the microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds, then drizzle over cake
