Step 1

Add penne to boiling salted water, cook until done al dente. Drain add 1/2 and 1/2 and butter. season, add zest, add juice, add cheese. Toss.

This is so delicious! The sauce really enhances the pasta with a creamy and delicious flavored sauce. It's so good I could eat this every day!

This is a delightful citrusy pasta that we love. I made a combination of Grana Padano, Asiago & Mozzarella for the Italian cheese blend, did not have penne, so I used soba noodles. Will be making this again. Thanks Dienia for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag. UPDATE /26/20 I used green tea pasta with great results. Never fails to please!

Very nice dish! The lemon gives a good pop of flavor. I halved the recipe and got 4 servings when combined with veggies and fruit for dinner. Thanks for sharing! Culinary Quest '14

This was a yummy dish, the only change i would make is to up the lemon to 4 tbs as we like it really lemony.
