Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place potatoes and whole garlic cloves in a medium baking dish.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt and lemon juice. Pour evenly over the potatoes and toss to coat. Season with pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan over top.
Step 3
Bake about 40 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown.
