Delicious I scaled back for 1 serve and used a carisma potato (low GI white) and left the skin on and as it was on the large side I cut it in 4 and followed as per recipe for crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside one of the best roasted potatoes I have had in a long time, thank you Kittencal made for Alphabet Tag at FF&F.

My wife roasted these and we loved them. We plan to have them again soon. We had these the first time with Wiener Schnitzel and they went so well together. These potatoes are really delicious and we will have them on a regular basis. Five stars plus for us!

I have potatoes with almost all of my meals so when I see one that sounds good I have to make it. These were awesome Kittencal! I made them to have with some Lemon Chicken. Oh what a great combo!
