Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds yellow potatoes (baby potatoes, halved)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 large garlic cloves (left whole or sliced in half, or can u7se as much as you desire)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt, or to taste (or white salt)
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place potatoes and whole garlic cloves in a medium baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt and lemon juice. Pour evenly over the potatoes and toss to coat. Season with pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan over top.

  • Step 3: Bake about 40 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown.
