Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease and flour a 9 X 5" loaf pan.
Step 3
Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
Step 4
Mix the (dry ingredients) with a whisk, the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cardamon and zest together and add to the wet ingredients.
Step 5
Pour the batter in the prepared bread pan then bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until toothpicks come out clean.
Step 6
Let rest 5 minutes.
