Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat cake mix, oil, pudding mix, sour cream, lemon extract and eggs together 2 minutes with electric mixer. In separate bowl mix together sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Place 1/2 cake mix in *greased tube pan. Batter will be thick, so spread evenly with a spoon. Place 1/2 of sugar mixture on top of cake mixture. Top with remaining cake batter, then top with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 325°F* for 45* minutes.
Step 2
*Or you can put it in 2 8" x 8" baking dishes and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes* Test with a toothpick.

- Tube or bundt pan. Or 8" x 8" baking pan.
