Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 2
In a large glass bowl, layer ingredients in the following order: lettuce, red onion, hard boiled eggs, peppers, peas, and cheese and season lightly.
Step 3
Pour dressing over the salad and spread across the top.
Step 4
Cover and chill overnight.
Step 5
Wait to toss salad until ready to serve.
