Step by Step Method

Step 1

Warm and simmer tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, lemon juice, season-all salt, onion and garlic powder, soy sauce, and sliced mushrooms together in a saucepan.

Step 2

Pour mixture over roast.

Step 3

Cover and bake for 90 minutes until roast is tender in a 425 degree Fahrenheit oven.

You are so right Larry's Pot Roast is a real winner! Other than using fresh mushrooms I made as posted(fresh is what I happened to have on hand) What a great tasting roast. Looking to fresh pork coming I plan to try this on a pork roast, I think it would be equally good! Loved every slice, the pan juices so so good.
